Press filter pump start up, operation and maintenance

After the pumps of YL series filter press are installed and the pipelines are connected, they enter the operation stage. The following points should be noted:

1. Check before operation

Dish with the hand should be taken before commissioning dynamic coupling or shaft, check whether running flexible, such as plate fixed or have different ring, should be timely check, check whether coupling to the lubrication system is in place, check and plate movement, if the problem still exists, is about to dismantle the pump to check (see manual), clean house, and contact with our company to talk things over solve method.

Outside at the same time check whether cooling water cooling system (conventional media without cooling water temperature is lower than 60 ℃).

2. Driving steps

A. Fill the pump chamber with liquid;

B. fully open the inlet valve of the pump;

C. Turn on the power when the pump is first opened, check whether the pump steering is correct, and turn on the power after confirming it is correct;

D. Slowly open the outlet valve and adjust the pressure to the required condition.

3. Run

A. on 20 minutes shall check the temperature rise of bearing situation (bearing temperature should not exceed 75 ℃)

B. The valve on the suction pipe shall not be used to control the flow and prevent cavitation;

The pump shall not operate continuously below 30% of the pump design flow;

If the flow is too large, a bypass pipe should be set on the discharge line to discharge excess flow.

C. In case of abnormal sound or motor heating during operation, stop the machine for inspection.

4. Stop

A. Slowly close the outlet valve first and close all the instruments.

B. Cut off the power supply and timely close the valve at the entrance;

(manual operation is not required if the inlet valve is a one-way check valve.)

C. turn off cooling water

D. If the ambient temperature is lower than the freezing point of the medium, the liquid in the pump chamber shall be emptied to prevent the medium from freezing in the pump chamber, resulting in pump damage.

E. If the pump cavity is not used for a long period of time, the liquid should be emptied and rinsed with clean water.
